Smooths out flyaways
I have oily hair and have historically steered away from this type of product. I've come to learn more recently I just wasn't using this stuff the right way for my hair.I don't have any interest in achieving a "wet look" with my fine hair. That would just look stringy and unwashed with my hair type. However, I do get a lot of flyaways and split ends. Just as I'm setting my style, I tend to notice a bunch of strays sticking out which I'd normally have to spray down, and that makes my hair feel stiff and crunchy.If I use literally just a dot of this polish oil and smooth it over my fingertips, then let my fingers glide over the top of my hair without pressing too hard, it distributes just the right amount of product to smooth my hair out and make it a little glossy without weighing it down. Seriously, this stuff is a secret weapon against frizz and flyaways - you've just got to use it very sparingly and with a very light touch.For the amount in this bottle and how little I need with each application, this should last ages. Great value, great product!
